Semana 19

 ¡Hola que honda a todos!

Transfers are this week and there's a bunch of changes coming up, but luckily I'm staying in San Vicente! This week was great, so here are my highlights:
  • A little girl in our ward named Brenda won the award for quote of the week: "You know Elder Johnson, we have different words in Spanish that mean the same things that you say in English, they're just spelled differently and we say them better. But don't worry, I'm thinking of things to say that will make it easier for you to understand me!" Thank you Brenda, much appreciated
  • You will all be pleased to know that after 12 weeks I'm finally getting a pillow
  • I'm headed back down to Resistencia today to go pick up my new companion! It's been a good run with Elder Packer, but he's headed down to the province Corrientes to get eaten alive by Mosquitos
  • To finish off the transfer, our friend Yennifer decided on a baptismal date! We're super excited for her and her decision. That'll be coming up soon, so stay tuned!
These next few weeks are going to be pretty crazy, and I've got a nice 50/50 split of feeling super excited and really nervous. But I know that with faith and hard work, nothing's impossible. Thanks as always for all the support and reaching out! Let me know how you're doing!

Cuernos Abajo,

Elder Johnson

3. Dinner with La Familia Velasco
4. The classic Missionary picture - so blurry you can't see what's going on
5. pt.2, La Familia Batista came in clutch and ordered Empanadas for us
