First week with the new comp and it's been litty. Conference was also fire.

Highlights:
  • Elder Bell got pretty sick once he got here so we had to go to the grocery store and buy some vinegar and honey to help his stomach chill out, but when we got to the store they were only selling honey out of old corona beer bottles. We looked pretty awesome walking out of Angy's with a handle of corona filled with what definitely looked like beer but really was just honey
  • We were doing some finding this week when a lady answered the door and thought her best approach would be to scream "SOY CATOLICA SOY CATOLICA" and make naruto-lookin hand signs but as it turns out we did leave pretty quickly, so I guess the approach works.
  • Conference was fire, we went to the stake center in Centro and hung out there to watch the sessions. We ordered burgers from delivery from a place down the street after the last session on Saturday, and unfortunately we ended up waiting about an hour for them to get here... then when they actually got here they didn't actually have payment by card so they ended up just giving us 6 burgers and an order of fries for free. W
  • Found a dead bat and a dead snake

  Hola a todos Highlights: This week on Monday our friend Maria Hellman appeared at our ward activity and told us that she wanted to be baptized... which was super awesome until we went to her house to teach her and she said that she had decided to leave the church... skipped a few steps there but its all good  On the topic of ugly dogs our friend Sergio's mangy dog followed us for about 2 hours on Tuesday and I almost punted that thing so far On the topic of kicking animals Elder Rasmussen and I were walking home one night and a GIANT rat jumped on my foot and I kicked that thing so far you have no idea There was an absolute Monsoon in Formosa the other day, it was raining/hailing so hard that our door got knocked off the hinges I am so confused by some of the music here.   Hola que tal mis weys Packed week, here's the highlights: Had divisions with Elder Rasmussen (other rasmussen, not the one who is 6'7) and it was litty, turns out we were both at BYU at the same time and we know all the same people so that was litty Also on divisions we went on visits with a kid named Thiago and he said "After today I have decided to go on a Mission" which was super dope!!  Found the best burgers in Formosa which isn't saying much but I was pleased On Wednesday night Elder Rasmussen and I went with the other ZL's and HLC's to Resistencia for a Leadership Conference and our bus ended up getting delayed for about two hours, so the whole trip ended up feeling like a big vacation.   ¡Hola a todos! Here's the highlights from the past two weeks in Formosa Capital: It is really hot (Highest this week was 104°F with 98% humidity) and every single conversation that I have starts with somebody mentioning that it is really hot Elder Smith and I were knocking doors to try and find some members in the projects and a dude answered the door 100% naked. Turns out he was not the member we were looking for Went on Divisions with Elder Reyes in Centenario and participated in the most heated Ward Council meeting that I have ever experienced Found a goat and his owner said that if we want we can use him to ride around the neighborhood so we can get around faster. W I've been living the dream that I had throughout my whole 6 months in San Vicente because there are Elders who live closer than 3 hours away and we play basketball every Pday  Life is good Let me know how you've all been doing!
